ORGANIZATION EVENTS
There are required events for participating organizations in order to earn points. Below is a list of some of the many events that orgs get a chance to be a part of!
Speaker Night
Speaker Night is an event where students get to learn more about Multiple Sclerosis. Medical professionals and community members share their stories about treating and living with MS.
Volleyball
RAMS hosts a volleyball tourney at the each year where teams can show off their team spirit and win points for their organization.
Cornhole Tournament
RAMS hosts a cornhole tournament each year at a venue in the Columbia area for the student organizations who participate where they can enjoy a fun and competitive atmosphere. The events has been hosted at Burr Oak Brewing Company and will be hosted there again this year.
Pickleball
A fan favorite, RAMS hosts a pickleball tournament for participating organizations.
Trivia night
RAMS hosts a Trivia Night downtown each year where teams of students can compete against one another in a fun and exciting atmosphere.
Flag football
RAMS is bringing back our flag football tournament for participating organizations.
Service Day
Service Day allows students to come together and volunteer for families affected by Multiple Sclerosis. Students visit the homes of local MS patients and take part in various activities such as raking leaves, cleaning, painting, and more. Service Day gives RAMS participants the opportunity to meet our clients and see who benefits from all of our hard work.
Rock-IT
Rock-It is one of the most popular student RAMS events. Rock-It is a lip sync competition and is also the final event before we reveal how much money we raised!
